My daughter came into the world highly sensitive and very introverted.

I myself tend to be much more extroverted. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t always love large groups or loud noises. Definitely not chaos. But I do get a lot of energy by being around other people.

My daughter however needs loads of down time, alone time, and one on one time to really decompress and fill up.

I’ve recognized that actually most kids needs this more than. wetend to allow for.

But there are some easy tweaks you can make that help a lot.
