Cancer New Moon Yin Yoga Workshop
Today we honored the Cancer new moon. The new moon is like a blank slate for energy. A particularly potent time for intention setting.
Cancer rules: Foundations, Safety, Processes, Emotional Closeness, Feelings, Nurturing, Excessive Self-Protection, and restoring health in the areas of the breasts, chest cavoty, pancreas, stomach, and tumors.
