One of the most important spiritual tools we can carry is the ability to get grounded. Especially as a new mom! It’s so easy to get caught up in the whirlwind.
From being overwhelmed to other people’s ideas & opinions, to feeling a loss of self as we give our energy to our tiny humans, to heightened emotions that don’t always have an outlet.
Grounding helps us realize what’s ours and what’s everyone else’s, process and release our emotions, & ease tension in our bodies and minds.
It’s like an energetic barrier that says – hey, this is my boundary and my limit and you have to be invited in to be here. It’s also a great way to refuel & recharge, feel nourished.
I can’t recommend using this meditation enough! Especially in times you’re feeling scattered, out of touch with your body, or around difficult people / situations.
