Today I felt inspired to share a practice that is deeply releasing and resetting. It’s a more active practice than we typically do. (If you’re low energy and just need deep relaxation, head straight to your yoga nidra practice by clicking the button below).
In so many traditions and in the animal world, shaking is practiced to release pent up energy and other peopole’s energy. Today I share many practices that release anxiety, alleviate depression, let go of the gunk, and come back to. a beautifully peaceful place.
Sometimes we just need to move & SHAKE IT OFF!
I recommend starting with this 45 minute practice, then ending with our 17 minute guided yoga nidra, a practice for deep relaxation, grounding and renewal.
I kept them separate so you can draw on either of them. when you need it!
